We are conditioned from a very early age to worry and focus on outward things and isn't until later in life when we experience crisis that we turn inward and take a look at our inner beings. Some people never even make it to learn about the inner being. Inner being and mental strength should have more attention first and foremost and then the outer world after.

Actually the "identity" thing that Sadhguru said is so striking, Hollywood actor Al Pacino is known world wide for his methodical and realistic acting, and once he told that the reason behind this is, that whatever role he opted for, be it a cop, gangster, lawyer, etc, he made it a habit to stay around with those guys for quite some time prior to his shooting, to actually gain experience of their lives, due to which his acting became so relatable!!, if he was prejudiced against those guys in any way, due to his identity, he would never have become such a legend!!..

2 things that touched me ,seen everything as same " toilet and temple" the other thing was identify,if i identify with single thing i will limite my self and even separate things ,so the subject of competition was epic just like identification.for example i saw the post got so less views than other post but i felt i might learn something and it become like a magic just because i didn't compared toilet with temple.
