In Isha Kriya, There's a step where we say, I'm not the body, I'm not the mind; While breathing in and out respectively. I extend this when I think, when I do something. Pay attention on task and breath. Then I think while inhaling, don't look up to anything and so forth. I have added a stimulus too, to remind me. @@kumaresh5962 Sadhguru says that you must not look up to anyone and not look down on anyone. Once you do this, you can see everything the way it is and you will begin to see everyone in a different light, just the way they are. The next thing he says to do, is to keep your likes, dislikes and conclusions aside. Try to do this every moment of your life, but for sure when you are talking to someone or meeting someone or whatever. When you keep your own psychological drama( likes, dislikes, conclusions) out of the conversation, you will see, that your ability to handle the situations in your life will drastically improve. @@physchopath8742 From 6 minutes 30ish seconds ongoing Sadhguru talks about that. He says you should not look up or down to someone. You should look at them the way they are. For example if you mother or father is your hero and you think everything about her or him is perfect, your picture will be destroyed one day because nobody is perfect. But if you look at them the way they are (imperfect beings with good and bad actions), you will be fine. Let's say your parents say you should study engineering and become an engineer. But you like arts and want to become an artist. If you look up to your parents and think they know better, you could have an unfulfilling life because you never know how your artist life could have worked out. You might have regrets. So let's imagine you see your parents the way they are. You see them as loving human beings who make mistakes like everyone. Won't you pursue your dream then and become an artist? If this hadn't worked out, you could switch to a career as an engineer anyways I hope this was helpful. That's how I understood his words. Probably there are many ways to understand that. Many ppl in comment sections are commenting on their parents and children.. and still think someone else is responsible for what happened to them. If you have had hit by a force like Sadhguru, no better blessing than that.. now get yourself into act. Take responsibility for whatever happened to you or whatever you want to make of yourself in future. Sadhna is the only key for transformation

♥I was wondering how you could help your daughter grow up all alone, without her mom next to her. Now I see, and I feel much better to understand that you found excellent simple ways. She looks very joyful and very beautiful. Indeed, from inside her natural beauty is like a miraculous aura that I can see on the outside. God bless you all. Namaste♥

How great man he is & how blessed will be his daughter yet however, how unfortunate that Viji Ma'm is not there with them. Really feel so sorry them.. It's proven here too, that always God has different plans for each & everyone in this universe..🤔
