I used to ponder over this alot too but came to a realization. Love something or someone but first of all ensure it is real love but do it consciously is the key. Understand you love what you do so there is fulfillment or in a relationship cause that opposite energy should be your balance anyways. The masculine amd feminine must merge to reach higher states. Just don't attach to the flesh, so Love in that sense is beyond the flesh and also an expression of the Source.

The ability to know if I do this, then I will obtain that. Quid pro Quo. There’s an understanding of what is required in order to aspire higher. Would it be loving to always seek and never find…to receive no feedback for our actions? General understanding is love means we take care of them, and we do everything to make them happy and if our loved one is in sad and suppose addicted to some bad habits like smoking, drinking and drugs etc... We can't take that, we feel sad more than they are, She is telling how can I love everyone in that way, Concern, empathy all these can't be have on everyone because after all we have limited time, energy, money How can we take care of everyone, I loved my mom and dad and brother, but when my mom got spinal cord issue and we don't have money treat her, and she is suffering it everyday, i used to cry because I was helpless, same with my brother who is addicted to bad habits like smoking and alcohol, and not doing any job, always on social media and games He is ruining his life and ruining life of whole family because after all he have to take money from family for his addictions right What sadguru is saying about just being compassionate and kind and altruistic Obviously we can't love everyone infact we can't love anyone in this world I love my child but she always eats junk foods and get into helath issues She don't eat anything else And she cry like hell when she gets hurt, What do I do man I can't leave her to her fate because I love her Practicality is too much different from these videos guys, Don't love everyone Ofcourse just be polite and respectful with everyone, but remember never love anyone Your time, energy and money are limited things so don't share them with everyone you have Spend them in right ways, which don't hurt you back I loved everyone around me but neither i received same from them nor they are happy because of my love Life of individual people is in completely their hands, we can never make someone helathy and happy unless they are willing Nature is created negative forces in human beings which always provoke them to have bad foods and bad habits, we can't stop it Health and happiness of others is dependent on themselves only So if we love and they are not happy then we loose our happiness which is not right in any way So be polite, kind, respectful, have manners, express difference of opinions in polite ways but NEVER LOVE ANYONE
