@Jay-ob5ep make sure inside lml there shouldn't be more than one metapeds.ymt that causes conflicts example: you might have installed playable saddie adle that has the same file metapeds.ymt causes conflicts with playable vander linde gang

how do you do the back to back duel?

From the rampage trainer first I spawn the desired peds then in spawner settings for that particular peds - set as enemies (for this thing I just set a hotkey using F12 button) then I reposition the peds. Then hit the key which I have assigned for the set as enemies. This is how you do back to back duels. And in spawner settings - spawned peds you change his weapon to revolver which will make it look more realistic. Hope this helps sorry for the bad english 😁
