This was so beautiful! I am so very thankful for all that was shared! My husband and I have had to be very watchful of what we watch as well. But If I am honest we as Christians really need to be so watchful of what we are watching and reading, etc. It all pours into our heart and can cause so much disturbance in our hearts, minds and thoughts.

It helps me to continue to pray for both of you couples, in your marriages and your family lives and where the Lord has you and His plans for your futures, to be a godly example in your marriages to other young couples and young families. ❤ Song of Solomon is a wonderful book to read for couples and also the book of Proverbs-there is great wisdom found for couples, wives, husbands and how to train and raise godly children❤ Thank you so much for sharing your hearts. God bless all four of you❤❤❤

I really appreciate all your advice! God is growing me in more ways than I can really keep up. Hearing how you stay grounded & prepare for “descending from the mountain moments” helped me a lot. God has placed this verse on my heart since I was a young girl in church. ”Look at the nations and watch- and be utterly amazed. For I am going to do something in your days that you would not believe, even if you were told.“ Habakkuk 1:5 Praying for all of you 🥰

Yay! I had been hoping this last week that you would have them on soon and did not see this yesterday, Valentine's Day. I am so stoked to watch this. They are so sweet and inspiring! My 16 year old daughter introduced me to his music around the time Gratitude was blowing up. I was amazed to discover how many songs I loved were written by him. He has such a crazy style range that I did not know all of the songs were the same artist. My daughter surprised me with tix to his Mar 2024 concert for Christmas at the Orpheum in Memphis. CANNOT WAIT, even though I will be one of the oldest people there, I am a little older than your parents! He is giving my go to TobyMac a run for my favorite male artist! Thank you for having them on! You are awesome! I am thrilled to have watched you grow up and that you have become such a positive role model and inspiration for my amazing, God loving, servant hearted, crazy leadership skilled daughter. God bless you and your family! (I listen to all of the family pods daily during work, the Duck Call Room keeps me laughing and Unashamed has given me new perspective on Luke here lately with your Papaw Phil. The knowledge of the Word you each have is humbling.) If you have read this to the end, I appreciate your patience with my crazy mom ramble. God bless!

Yasss we need BB Lake podcast 🙏🏼🙌🏼👏🏼 so many songs were playing in the background on the loud speakers .... In the pit, walking in the fire, trying to seek Jesus's face through the smoke clouds, I was never alone, He was with me always holding on. This new place He carries me to is nothing like all the times before - all the times I prayed, or went to church, I never wanted to be less of me, for Christ, I never felt this way about Him, Oh how worthy, oh worthy He is, now I'm watching miracles happen... This YT comment section this one comment doesn't do any justice to His grace & mercy & I tell you all if He can tell me to get up out that grave He will do it for you!!! There's power in His name. Even if you don't know how to pray - or what to say sometimes recite a prayer you know or look one up but I tell you sometimes it sounded like this God, I can't do this anymore I don't want to do this anymore!!! Dear Heavenly Father Thank you for Jesus, Jesus Christ . For me just call on His mighty name has been helpful. Jesus loves you I love you Take another step forward.

I wish I would have had an opportunity to be in a relationship with a man where there's real love, compatibility and we're happy together building a healthy relationship together. I've haven't had that. These men seem genuinely happy with they're spouses they chose. These men are not quiet either with showing they love their spouse. I've been single now for over 10 years waiting for real love, I hope I find it very soon. It's already been a long wait and as I get older, my options become less.

I struggled a lot when listening to couples ministering together on purity, commitment, and God's overview of marriage, how you should be filled by God instead of seeking in your spouse. Because my spouse has never been modeled on godly relationships, he does not believe in mentorship, therapy, or fully-hearted the Gospel. So I feel truly defeated to know no matter if he watches these videos or listens to the podcast it won't speak to him because he can't relay.
@emilyhotwheels8 ай бұрын
No video or podcast can change your husband’s heart - but God can! 1 Corinthians 7:14 comes to mind. Continue to pursue Jesus and prioritize your walk with him, and you will bear the fruit for your husband to see. See him for who God is creating him to be, not what he isn’t. Love him unconditionally, the way God loves him. Pray for him, that God would soften his heart. God loves marriage - He created it - and He wants to bring healing and revival to your marriage for your good and His glory! I hope this encourages you ❤ I am praying for both you and your husband.

Genuine question; would any four of you actually befriend someone like me? I don’t believe in god and I’m also bisexual. My grandma was a dedicated catholic woman but I don’t relate to it but I’ve come across Brandon lately in terms of music (I’m a music teacher and a student wanted to learn how to sing “Lion”). I find it hard to watch this video thinking that the advice is purely for a Christian audience and not for anyone else. There’s positivity in most of the conversation but it also makes me feel like none of you would accept me as I am. Just wanted to put it out there (:
@brittanypalus826529 күн бұрын
Lizzy, God loves you and wants to be closer to you than any friend you’ve ever had. These 4 Christians cannot be put on a pedestal that only Jesus Christ is allowed to stand on. You are right to assume these Christians (and every other Christian) cannot love you in the way you desire to be seen and known and loved. With that said, I think you’d have more in common with these people than you imagine. They might have even had a faithful Grandmother who covered them in prayer. I’m glad to hear that God has drawn your heart to be curious about Him and those who follow Him. Don’t get distracted by us humans- seek God directly. Get to know The Lion of Judah. Get to know Him until you feel Lion from your soul. “Then I saw in the right hand of him who was seated on the throne a scroll written within and on the back, sealed with seven seals. And I saw a mighty angel proclaiming with a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the scroll and break its seals?” And no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll or to look into it, and I began to weep loudly because no one was found worthy to open the scroll or to look into it. And one of the elders said to me, “Weep no more; behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has conquered, so that he can open the scroll and its seven seals.” And between the throne and the four living creatures and among the elders I saw a Lamb standing, as though it had been slain, with seven horns and with seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth. And he went and took the scroll from the right hand of him who was seated on the throne. And when he had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each holding a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints. And they sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation, and you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on the earth.” Then I looked, and I heard around the throne and the living creatures and the elders the voice of many angels, numbering myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands, saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing!” And I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea, and all that is in them, saying, “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be blessing and honor and glory and might forever and ever!” And the four living creatures said, “Amen!” and the elders fell down and worshiped.” Revelation 5:1-14 ESV bible.com/bible/59/rev.5.1-14.ESV
