I have such fond memories of this song and movie because of the time when it came. I was in my second year of girls college, living away from parents in a hostel. I remember me and my roommates listening to this movie's songs on loop. I remember watching this movie on an open theatre provided by the college at night. We were all dressed in our salwaar suit, walking to the old market area where open theatre was. More than the song, its the memories behind it that makes it extra special and nostalgic for me. Those years were golden. An era where there were more original songs than remixes. Another such nostalgic movie from college for me was Band baaja baarat.
