I guess it doesn't really push the overall story forward at all. Despite how long Red Dead is, it's all pretty streamlined for the main narrative.

Gotta love them day-1 DLCs. Basically, it likely *was* part of the main story, but they cut it out for whatever fictitious reasoning and then 'sell' it as an exclusive.

Why can you only play this in this chapter? It's because of the Lumbago progressing. Without that Uncle robs banks all by himself, kills his way through all the guards and you're not asked.

I don't know about mods but the cracked pirated version exists, an ultimate edition with an unlocker that gives everything, extra bounties, the free warhorse, etc. If you want to go that route I can name the download I am using. Yes I do own the game, special edition and ultimate edition DLC's with online play on Steam. I just prefer to have no DRM.

So way did they removed it? They should’ve added more missions like this in the game as a free patch update I think really hope one day they decide to do a upgrade for the skin for the PS five.

No, it's an exclusive mission you get by getting the ultimate edition of the game
