Hallo! Leider können wir nicht auf solche Fragen passend Antworten. Das wäre Hellseher-Wissen und das haben wir nicht. Das Gerät muss in solchen Fällen in eine Fachwerkstatt. Gruß Kons vom Support Team

Hello, I cleaned brew unit but the machine won't make coffe, when I press button for coffe it starts grinding for 1-2 seconds then it stops. And the red light on the very left is blinking. I searched for that and found that is for central unit. I did descaling, and hot water is coming which is good, but there is no coffe. What should I do? Should I reassemble the machine like you or something else?

the error means that the brew group is missing or blocked. can you check if the brew group is turning slowly? Make the Test like this Video plz kzbin.info/www/bejne/a3PZd4qPmL2rrrM

@@OnlineHelpNoProblem Brew group is not turning at all, I think it is blocked, I have cleaned today little aluminium filter inside it, but the result is same, I will watch that video which you posted

Ich habe eine ältere Saeco magic de luxe. Jetzt leuchtet das Symbol für entkalken auf. Hab sie entkalkt, aber das Symbol leuchtet immernoch. Was Hab ich da jetzt falsch gemacht? Wäre sehr dankbar wenn Sie mir da behilflich sein könnten. Danke...Gruß Elke

Bitte versuchen sie die Dampfanzeige wenn die Maschine eingeschaltet ist für mindestens 5 Sekunden zu halten. Sagen die bescheid ob es geklappt hat.
