How can I execute the "first installation" process again?

Hi, Mark. Thanks for sharing your question. The first installation process is triggered by plugging in the new Saeco device to the wall outlet. If you would like to reset your espresso machine, you can do that by going through the menu and selecting the 'reset' option. This will also trigger the first installation process. @@Saeco-Espresso Thanks for your information, I try to reset the factory settings as you motioned, but the machine doesn't trigger the "first installation process". Weird.

Does anyone knows how to increase over maximum available the temperature of coffee/milk? It seems not to be high enough

Hi Lior, thanks for your comment. Adding milk (hot or cold) to your coffee will always lower the overall temperature of your beverage to some extent. To adjust the temperature, you can set the temperature to 'high' in the menu. Hope this helps!
