Lions do know their own cubs by smell. Saw one video where pride of lions found a cub and they knew it wasn't theirs and cub knew also.

They have to be treated by a Vet and no vets in the Bush so either they get over it on their own or they die from it. The Styx Pride lost all their cubs because it :-(

Yes it is, but they have the "policy of non-intervention related to the natural occurrences of free-ranging animals ... People begged them to intervene but they didn't .. You gotta remember it's not up to the guides it's up to the land aka Reserve owner ..
