jawad syed take a prado preferably 3.4 and go to besham and then chilas via KKH. This route allows NCP the other route kaghan naran won't allow NCP. The route or not extreme rough and moderately experienced driver can drive it.

Fahad Khan you can see road conditions yourself. It's drivable but you have to be extremely careful.
