Thank you so much for doing these videos. They're great! I want to make one comment - the level for lead is not a MCL, it is an action level. If the 90th percentile lead concentrations exceed 15 ppb or the 90th percentile copper concentration exceeds1.3 ppm, the system must undertake a number of additional actions to control corrosion. If the action level for lead is exceeded, the system must also inform the public about steps they should take to protect their health and may have to replace lead service lines under their control. The rule about the 5 ppb difference pertains to how often monitoring is done. If the 90th percentile lead levels are 5 ppb or less and the 90th percentile copper levels are 650 ppb or less, the system can monitor for lead and copper triennially (every three years). I hope this helps and you don't mind me noting this.

I THINK THEY SHOULD REFIGURE THE WEIGHT OF THE 70KG MAN WHICH WOULD BE 154 LBS... WHY??? THERE'S NO CONSIDERATION FOR INFANTS TODDLERS AND CHILDREN.... THEY'RE THE MOST EFFECTED BY LEAD CONTAMINATES IN WATER... THAT'S AN "UNFAIR " ESTIMATE.... NO CHILD OF ANY AGE WEIGHS 70KG OR 154LBS....
