i just wanna say that even if some of your safe foods arent low calorie (like the rice n noodles) they're still totally valid. EDs are very individual in what's safe and not! as long as it fills you up n keeps you going!

Yeah I get that, I just personally eat a lot of carbs (weird cuz I used to do keto) Thanks though 🙂

Omg. This is mostly what I'm eating now. But to be fair, I'm about 100 lbs overweight and trying to lose it so it's a bit different. When I was younger I had bulimia though and sometimes it's hard not to slip Back into ED behaviors when losing weight.

Well, I think skinny pop is good, and for lower calorie chips that aren’t necessarily “diet foods” you could get quaker rice crisps, or baked lays. They are lower calorie (around 110 per bag, not the family bag though) and skinny pop is 39 calories per cup. Also if you are really craving some chips (cheetos,takis, etc) I’d say just go ahead and have some. I think everything is okay in moderation and will probably help with not bingeing.

hi, i understand where you're coming from with your point here, but for some people, especially people with severe restrictive ed's (or any food restricting issues), eating SOMETHING, anything at all, is better than eating nothing. so by someone (ie this creator) making videos like these and sharing their safe foods, those people with restrictive ed's will find it easier to eat with as little guilt as possible. making these kinds of videos can also be a coping mechanism for the creator themself. hope this helps :)
