Safe Routes to School

Winter is in full swing with darker mornings, longer nights, and bad weather. Salem-Keizer Safe Routes to School is a program that strongly advocates for keeping walkers and bikers safe--especially children on their way to or from school. Program Coordinator Beth Schmidt joins us on the latest Our Community Matters to talk about this important topic. The program is running on Comcast Xfinity Channels 21, 22/322 HD, and 23.
