Thanks you so much Pastor Snell and Gianna for sharing your testimony. My wife and I suffered a similar experience with our first pregnancy in our first year of marriage (2000) while in Zimbabwe. It was a Sabbath and and we were going out for a music ministry with our music group. So true that its heart wrenching to watch your spouse is so much pain and you cannot help them. Despite this set-back and another molar pregnancy, the Lord blessed us with 4 kids, two of whom are now teen twins. We now live in South Africa where we are raising our family and running a global media ministry. It was a blessing to hear your story and how it shaped your ministry. Its so true that having a supportive family and trusting God is the way through such a loss. FYI, we enjoy the pastor's sermons. Praise God for you both sharing your journey with us…!! I too have experienced miscarriage and I could relate, Gianna, to the many feelings and questions you had in your heart. I also needed, Pastor Snell, to hear the truth about the (misleading) peace that giving up on hope brings. I had given up recently on an important relationship and felt a calm in knowing that I won’t have to struggle for much longer; but looking into the mystery of that second wind reminded me that God is calling me to dig deeper. All the while, as you mentioned, Gianna, that I must be willing to be more tied to Christ than to the outcome I desire. Thank you Pastor Snell and First lady. A friend shared this video with me and oh how this testimony has blessed me. The night before my husband and I visited the doctor being 12 weeks pregnant, God came to me in a dream letting me know I was not going to have this baby, but dont worry God will bless you. It's been six years and were still not pregnant but I have seen with my own eyes so many blessings he has granted to me that is so puzzling to others. So yes I'm standing on the promises of God.
