I picked up this drawer safe for quick access to items that need to stay out of reach of my children. Works well for a protection gun safe as it is very easy to open and access at anytime. Can you do a video on setting up the Administrator Fingerprint please. We are following directions but only get a flashing blue light. Not green. Nor can we Delete All Fingerprints. You are the only video about the Safeacet Safe!

Hello, If you go into the Tuya Smart App, select the device, click family on bottom left, then use the plus sign in the top right to add new fingerprint. The administrator is the first one that you put on the app. If this doesn't work, I would recommend deleting the app and then reinstalling. If that doesn't work, then you should try a different phone to set it up. I hope that is helpful :)
