It may be a big statement to say but Hula Hoop it's my favorite japanese title track of all time. I love as well Twice, Dreamcatcher or Izone japanese track but this Hula Hoop is just completely my style. I'm glad you finally react to it and like it because it's such a bop.

Yeah, there were quite a few people pointing out that the mixing for "Star Seed" is not that great. They were saying it's similar to how IZ*ONE's Japanese tracks were mixed. I dunno if that's just a Japanese thing in general or not. There's a KZbin channel called ZSunder that tries to "fix" to make it sound more K-Pop like. I do like "Star Seed" in general. It gives you an idea of what LOONA would like like if they were a J-Pop idol group.

Starseed was produced by a J-Pop artist, so yes the mixing is terrible as it often is in J-Pop releases... :/ 'Hula Hoop' was produced and mixed by some people they've worked with on previous K-Pop releases (PTT, for example), which is why it sounds a bit better.

Zsunder revamped Starseed. Cant even hear the instrumental in the official one
