Do deaths have to occur before the so called Safe Guarding team does something? Who investigates when it is the safe guarding team, police included who harm, intimidate and refuse to stop? Where does the victim of such abuse report the abusers? The CQC has decided the man who killed three people in Nottingham was failed. The CQC will not investigate systemic failings when a vulnerable person reports them. When the vulnerable person ends up in the Police Station charged with repeatedly telephoning NHSand Police to try and stop abuse they are taken to Court. The Judge in the Criminal Court states it does not matter what they (NHS, Police) did to you! The systemic failings of the Criminal Law may lead to further offending by the vulnerable adult who is crying out tor help. Is killing someone the only way for the vulnerable adult to instigate a Care Quality Commission investigation in order for the vulnerable person to have their allegations proven? Their is no safe guarding of vulnerable adults within criminal law and thus the law is an Ass! 😢 😮
