We often hear about 'safeguarding' but maybe don't know exactly what this means. Steve will look at what safeguarding is - and what it isn't. And addressing questions such as: How do I know if someone should be referred to safeguarding? What are the categories of abuse in safeguarding? Where does a person's mental capacity come into this? What is the process once someone has been referred to safeguarding?
