Safehouse's 15-Patty OOMG Mission Impossible Burger Challenge in Milwaukee!!

American professional eater Randy Santel and Czech competitive eater @SteelRodRadim each versus Safehouse's 15-Patty "OOMG" Mission Impossible Cheeseburger Challenge w/ 2lbs of fried Wisconsin cheese curds, hosted by Safehouse Milwaukee in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin of the USA!! My Czech competitive eater friend "Steel Rod" Radim Dvořáček traveled up from Chicago to meet me in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin so we could each attempt the 15-Patty "OOMG" Mission Impossible Burger Challenge at Safehouse Milwaukee which has been around for many years. Safehouse is spy-themed and a really cool experience if you've never been before!! I actually beat the same hamburger challenge back in 2018 at the Safehouse Chicago, Illinois location which unfortunately closed down permanently in March 2023. Radim loves cheese though and I wanted to try the challenge again with him at the Milwaukee location, close to home. We each had 1 hour to eat fifteen 3.5 oz beef hamburger patties, stacked and layered with 15 slices of three different cheeses - Pepper Jack, Cheddar, and American. The challenge included 2 full pounds of fried Wisconsin cheese curds, plus a 51 ounce "Proprietary Code" Red Amber Lager Beer made exclusively for Safehouse Milwaukee. We were each trying to win our $75 cheeseburger meals free plus sweet "spytastic" merch (hoodies) and spots on Safehouse's Wall of Fame. BIG thanks to everyone with Safehouse in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to all our amazing friends who came up that Wednesday evening to watch and meet us!! It’s not Randy vs Radim, it’s Randy and Radim vs the Challenge. But it was fun seeing how evenly matched they were at the beginning of this challenge. Keeping pace with eachother so each was pushing the other to do better. Cold cheese curds are a killer though! Normally you want to leave a cheesy challenge time to cool down so you don’t burn yourself, but I guess that doesn’t work here 😅. Great job to you both for demolishing a daunting dairy dish and emerging victorious! Congratulations on the wins!! 🎉 Enjoy being on your knees 😜
