I don't understand that this video has such a low viewer count. This is really valuable for a lot of companies. We work kind of with safe and really need expertise like this. The organization discarded PI planning for OKR planning because they thought it was too much. In reality they don't know how to properly apply PI planning. Thanks so much for taking the effort to share this!
