So today's episode was fab! The only problem is that without CS scenes I'm always at a loss in the aftermath of the episode - do I vid? what do I vid? help... Today I wasn't going to vid but yesterday I became a bit obsessed with the Broadway Musical First Date (long story, basically I've become obsessed with the TV show Chuck as of late, which lead to a search of Zachary Levi which brought me to First Date) and so I was listening to the soundtrack on repeat and these lyrics absolutely screamed Emma Swan.
So this is Emma Swan with a bit of Captain Swan in the mix (obviously) and some Charming family stuff in there too. A bit all over the place but I felt like the song really spoke to Emma's abandonment issues and her being a very guarded person, something which I really being overcome this season and voila this happened.
I'm still not sure how I feel about this but I love the song and I hope you all like too ♥ (also shout out for this being my first Emma video! as iffff..)

Awwww, Emma! Not being familiar with this song, I was struck anew at every line just how perfectly fitting this is for an Emma tribute. Beautifully done! Season 4a really has been great for her character arc. Even in the midst of all the various crises and crazy things that have happened, it's wonderful to see Emma finally starting to let go of the belief that she is destined to lose everyone (or that she's somehow unlovable). Now that she's finally learning to embrace herself, I'm really looking forward to seeing her help Killian do the same. They are so alike in that regard... and knowing how hard they've fought to feel worthy and accepting of love is just going to make it that much more glorious in the end when they finally achieve it. :)

First, I'm in LOVE with First Date and I saw it on Broadway and had the chance to tell Krysta how much I love Safer and her smile was like :D!!! and I was like XD!!!! when I heard the opening note to this video and was like OH MY FREAKING GOD!!!
