A lot of this bike is copied or bought from China, I have a Spy-Racing quad almost identical except for 4 wheels. They use a Chinese built Honda copy, mine is 350cc goes very well and 10 years old too.

Hell, no. That's pretty much a motorcycle. It has a 200cc engine. In the US any scooter or moped that has an engine that is bigger than 50cc is classified and considered a motorcycle, so yea, you need a license.

200cc 4stroke engine Perfect size for a 13yr youngman to learn on. if he is a wimp then no. if he is like me it's perfect. I had a suzuki 230 quad sport at 13. it also had reverse. mine had a manual transmission which helped me grow into an advanced vehicle driver and got my license at 16 in a stick shift
