This is perhaps how ayala land developed its signature projects the bgc the glorietta thr circuits the vertis north in north ave qc and many others looks as it tranformed ph landscape into a class in its state of the arts the pinoy style with western taste.

This is comparable to Singapore’s business district and they must have a very active security around the perimeter of this area to prevent panhandlers and homeless people from taking residence in the parks and sidewalks
