I recently bought a similar can opener and I love it! Makes food easier to take out since you don't have this border on the top of the can that prevents the contents from easily sliding. The nonexistance of possibility to accidentally let the lid drown in can's contents is also a big plus for me

you for got to say i can make a tinder boxs out of the can using this style of can opener and make bushcraft hobo stove with and a pot to disinfect untreated water with the lid to make a hanging handle pot to cook food to me this is the best survival can opener ever made in my own opinion i would rate it a 5 out of 5 with what you forgot to say you can do with it yeah it hard to use but you can do so much with it over a standard can opener i respect your opinion but i just wanted to share my thoughts about it great video

It is tricky at first. I eventually bought a regular can opener.

Be careful its useing this opener it does leave fine metal shavings behind look really close and you will see what I mean

I got one from KitchenAid, and that's all it does! "Safety can opener", yea right. Piece of trash. Save your loved ones a trip to the ER, skip this item please.

Big handle is an advantage. People forget to wash them frequently....food gets stuck in the cutter sometimes. Keep them out of the hot setting if you use a fancy dishwasher, it will heat and weaken the plastic. Thanks again.
