In this episode of ‘Anaesthesia on Air’ Dr Sarah Thornton, an Anaesthetic Consultant at Bolton Hospital Trust and a huge Formula One fan, interviews Dr Ian Roberts, an Anaesthetist who is also Medical Rescue Coordinator for Formula One motor racing.
Ian was one of the first medical responders to the horrific crash of Romain Grosjean in Bahrain in 2021 and was instrumental in getting him to safety along with the marshals.
