Wow!!! I'm glad I found this video. I surely miss B.J. Sullivan's release technique classes, I was one of her students at UNCG. I have missed her saying (fetal expand, cross push thru, leg and arm swings, half safety foot, aerial safety foot, side lateral) then coming out of class looking like I took a shower with my clothes on lol. Thank you so much B.J. for those wonderful years at UNCG. ❤ -Aymen
