Safety work at visitor mine with the WIWA INJECT 2K 230

Um im Besucherbergwerk Finstergrund mit unserer WIWA INJECT 2K 230 einen Hohlraum von 180 m3 mit Schaum zu füllen, wurden insgesamt beträchtliche 7,6 Tonnen an Material benötigt. Dabei handelte es sich um Mine Fill LF von DSI, einen Phenol-Schaum im Mischungsverhältnis 4:1 und mit einem Expansionsfaktor von 75. Praktischerweise konnten wir im Rahmen dieser Aktion zudem eine neues Injektionsgerät testen, das bald erhältlich sein wird.

In order to fill a cavity of 180 m3 with foam in the Finstergrund visitor mine using our WIWA INJECT 2K 230, a considerable total of 7.6 tons of material was required (Mine Fill LF from DSI, a phenolic foam in a mixing ratio of 4:1 and with an expansion factor of 75). Conveniently, we were also able to test a new injection device during this action, which will soon be available.
