I always thought that safeway was a bit more upmarket than your Tesco,Sainsburys, ASDA, and especially netto and kwik save.Shame it was bought out by morrisons. Good old days i remember in 1996 i was 17 and lost my vicinity behind a Safeway store it was by the bins, luckily they had been emptied.

Used to do a lot of BOGOF offers, had a great range of puddings and great Banoffee pies.
