Saffron Summerfield - Six Years or More [Salisbury Plain] 1974

In the early seventies I lived across the road from Saffron and her partner Mick Rogan, an Irish, mandolin and banjo player. They took me to a few Folk Rock gigs. I can remember being introduced to Steeleye Span in Northampton, when they were huge in Folk circles. Another band I met at the time were Pentangle who had had a hit with the theme tune to Take Three Girls. A popular TV series on at the time. I still have the signed copy that she gave me of Salisbury Plane, when it was first released.
