So a few months ago I saw this bizarre, polka-dotted motion capture suit that claimed to be able to measure you and then let you order customized clothes through their app - to which I said: challenge ACCEPTED! So I ordered the suit, let it measure my body, and then waited 2 months for my custom clothes to arrive. And this is what happened. What do you think? Would you try this out?

Only it didn't work, the tops very incredibly ill fitting. There was extra fabric in the middle, it was tight at the bottom, and there wasn't enough room for her boobs even though they're not that big. That was so disappointing, I really want to have real custom clothes

I’m from japan and i have a zozosuit. The owner said on the news that it helps you choose which size is the best for you and it doesn’t necessarily custom make each item. Zozotown was originally just a normal online store but they then released the zozosuit to help us shop for things closest to our size since it’s hard to tell when shopping online! :) I guess it was a “lost in translation” moment? Hehe Oh and the selections of clothes here are way different! We have a wide range and it’s super difficult to find fashionable clothing for thicker people in japan and they offer plus size too!

You should try ordering a couple of custom fit dresses and single clothing items from eShakti. They’ll do a completely custom fit on most clothing designs on the site for around $10 per item. (And a lot of the dresses come with pockets by default!) Shipping can be a little steep, but it’s coming from India, so that’s not unexpected. Besides, the dresses are worth it.

My sister-in-law had all of us in her bridal party use eshakti for our bridesmaid dresses. She chose the basic dress for us, and we could choose length, sleeves, and neck. It was really well fitted and I still have mine because it's so well made and lovely. I'd definitely use their services again if the need arises!

Savanna The Aqua Llama I bought my first dress from them late in 2017. I think I wore it more often in 2018 than I’ve ever reworn a dress before. Even with the standard fit for my height and usual size, the dress fits like it was made for me. The pockets just make it my default go-to. I’ll never buy another dress without pockets. eShakti completely ruined me for other dressmakers.

@@chrissihr1031 I absolutely love that ours had pockets! I got mine in 2013 and that dress has just kept on going! It's just above knee length so it's absolutely a perfect spring/fall with tights, summer without tights, dress! The color is a dark aqua and I can dress it down or up! If I were to get another, I'd pick a different color but that was the bride's choice. They're so well made and there wasn't a single dress in the party that looked cheap or poorly fitting. Definitely a 10/10, especially to anyone who has a hard time finding clothes that fit. They'll tailor them for you and the fee is nothing compared to what you'd pay elsewhere. I'm short and lean except my hips and chest so I have a hard time with everything being too long or weirdly wide in places. The dress from eshakti fit like a glove!

They asked me for my height and weight, and I guess they make a "one size fits all" suit for each height/weight combo. Mine fits pretty well. My shoulders and neck area are a little tight, but nothing could've prepared ZOZO for my football player shoulders.

It is actually already used in the fitness community for this! I’m part of an intermittent fasting Facebook page and hundreds of us got suits just for this purpose! Nobody is buying clothes much but it doesn’t matter as the company is using it to build a database on peoples measurements so they can improve their clothes so it helps them even if we don’t purchase clothing

I was able to try ZOZO when they first started doing it in America, but the clothes they sent me didn’t fit either. Waist on the jeans was like 3x too big, but the legs part fit great which was weird and the shirt they sent (which looked like a scrub top for something they charge like $50 for) was very short and boxy Good idea, bad execution

With those prices there's no way the clothes are custom measured and made/adjusted to fit each customer, they most likely just have a bunch of different sizes like any normal clothing store and they send you the one that's closest to your measurements.
