Salz nach Geschmack
Schwarzer Pfeffer nach Geschmack
4 Stk. - Kartoffeln
2 Esslöffel - Pflanzenöl
1 Teelöffel - Salz
0,5 Teelöffel - schwarzer Pfeffer
2 Stk. - Zwiebel
Im Backofen bei 200°C 90 Minuten backen.
2 Esslöffel - Sojasauce
1 Esslöffel - Ketchup
1 Teelöffel französischer Senf
1 Teelöffel Honig
Weitere 15 Minuten bei 200°C backen
