I believe this would be Sarah Àlainn, the same singer for Crazy For Who.

​@@tanakaba I know the Japanese version was song by Sarah Àlainn, but I believe the Scottish version wasn't song by her. The style was too different, and I can't find any information of this Scottish version's singer even on mora the Japanese website buying high quality music.
