Cook can’t be destroyed by Card Effect. Right-Hand prevents destruction by battle. Nothing stopping a tribute or material for other summoning methods!

People don't seem to understand that Master Duel doesn't care if you allow the loss to occur naturally, you surrender, or you cut your internet connection. It still counts as a loss with the same penalties regardless.
