I don't know what 5th class really means but honestly, Igorot towns in the Cordilleras are much nicer than most lowland areas, their houses are decent/well built, doesn't really have those lousy houses/shops/stalls built/set up that you can see along the roads or just in a community in the lowlands, Overall the surrounding/community is NEAT. But to be fair you should show more of the surrounding villages/barangays for the incoming viewers not familiar how it really looks like up there like the southern, northern & eastern part of Sagada & you can even see some amazing rice terraces to those areas.
