Does the unit price changed when changing the quantity? How do i removed the quantities I shipped to be able to balance the remaining physical items?

Good video. What do you do with the inventory worksheet when finished and posted? Do you delete it or just leave it there for next years stock take to be overwritten?

Once it is fully posted you can do either. Deleting the worksheet, will keep things tidy or next year you can rerun and it will overwrite with new data. Whatever you choose the existing will be lost. Thank you! I think I remember it worked slightly differently in Sage 2014 and we upgraded to Sage 2017 and it seems to have changed.
