Just a suggestion! once you have grated the butter into the flour, put the flour and butter which is in the bowl, back in the freezer/fridge to firm up again together, which will make them both chilled.

Hi Harry, we have made some more sausage rolls and we grated 75 g off the main block of butter that was easier the put it into the freezer until we were ready. I think you should try these harry they were fabulous 👏👏👏👌👍

I use my food processor with the grater disc to grate the butter as it is instant and it does't start to soften in my hands,and I don't grate my fingers Graham 😂,I just love finger buffet foods,as the song goes ''You'll Always Find Me In The Kitchen At Parties'' there is something so tasty about mini sausage rolls cocktail sausages and chicken supreme vol-au-vents,do you remember the half orange covered in tin foil and the cocktail stick kebabs with cheese pineapple and pickled onions stuck in them to make a hedgehog,or was that just a Scottish party food thing,great job guys another enjoyable mouth watering video 👍👏👏👏👈

I didn’t think it was worth getting the food processor out so I just watched Wendy grate it 😂😂😂😂😂 Everyone loves buffet food don’t they. We like a cheese and pineapple hedge hog but I’ve not seen chicken supreme vol-au-fonts for years. It’s not just Scottish parties mate they even got this far south. It’s that time of year when we hear stop the cavalry again and again 😂😂😂😂👏👏👏👏👌👍

I'll be making your sausage rolls for my freezer they look smashing, but I won't be using lurpak butter with it's low fart chemicals added.

It’s funny as we don’t normally use lurpak. These sausage rolls were really nice, ours were a little depleted by the time they got to the freezer 😂😂😂😂😂😂👌
