She is a very advanced Yogini , that all I can tell, because the things she has experienced can only be experienced when you have reached a certain level in the spiritual journey, from what I know of , these things are only experienced when you reach at least the Pratyahara stage as told by Sage Patanjali, then actually one can really understand what really is Dharna, Dhyana & Samadi. Reaching Pratyahar in itself takes lot of sadhana depending on the individual , until the certain sections of the brain are developed, opened, a rhythm is established between physical body & astral body, and body/mind system is cleaned & voluntary control is gained over the certain involuntary functions in the body, all this done using the practices given by the guru only. Untill this stage is reached don't even think that you will understand about Dharna , Dhyan & Samadhi, not possible. , then & then only actually one can really understand what really is Dharna, Dhyana & Samadi. Real Advanced Yoga practice is taught only by your own inner-guru , your Atma/divine fragment inside all of us, but for reaching that stage a physical guru is necessary. that's all for now I can comment here🙏 🕉️
