Or it could probably work like awakenings, just pick the two fruits you want and you can swap out Venoms Z ability for Quakes Z ability and so on, either way I hope they don't make dual wielding fruits a thing, it would not be balanced no matter what you do to it, unless you nerf the damage for both fruits by a high percentage, but other than that I could never see dual wielding fruits being a balanced mechanic in the game.
