Linguistic openness, in particular to other regional variants of Berber, such as the marriage between modernity and tradition proposed by the Amun Style, nevertheless presented its risks: the new is often refused, at least at the beginning, by society. Indeed, it was only with the appearance of the group Saghru Band (the debut album dates from 2007) and the charisma of its leader, Mbarek Oulaarbi, that the new scene gained momentum. Muha, one of the most common first names in the region, is the title chosen for the album, which provides a panorama of local youth "who have become strangers in the land of their ancestors". An "oppressed" youth who "walk barefoot" and "never dreamed of becoming a minister". It is time, balances the group, that "Muha wakes up"

The music of Saghru Band makes the synthesis between the different instruments, and the traditional Amazigh music. The intertwined sounds of guitars, flutes and other darbouka characterize the music of Saghru Band. The songs of the Saghru Group are an euphony of #musique_amazighe and #musique_du_monde. #Saghru is inspired first by ahidous and purely Berber traditional arts and then by other international musical styles such as country, slow, rock, etc. The objective is to bring Amazigh music to the international music scene and live up to its ambitions.
