In regards to the rice comment, he is from another country and I am learning how to cook some of his favorite meals and rice is in a lot of the dishes from his culture. You are right that I have stopped taking care of myself and I am going to start making healthier choices with food and getting my body moving. You are also correct on the past as well. Quite a lot spot on and its challenging. We will reunite in a few days after some months apart, pretty much for the reasons you output. Absolutely both of us recognizing its time to revaluate what we want and need and whether that means together or apart - but either way, as you said again, to close the prior chapter which has been heavy and is heavy and neither want to carry over into our restart with each other, or a new start with someone else. Crazy times.
