Sooo I never heard the drone flying over my house filming me today😅 This hit me perfectly today at work. I've been humming along, thinking I knew correctly how to take care of tricky situations at work for our lovely customers. I was quickly schooled by a supervisor and his supervisor that I made some serious mistakes. All in the effort to what I thought was best for the customer. I learned I can't always FIX everything myself. I have to rely on the process and trust my colleagues. I pushed back at first. Then, I took a hard look at myself. To be a better employee I need to rely on others. Not something I'm used to. I think the only person in my life that I trust is my husband, and even there, I micro manage. I will do better!

Id say that card fits different areas. So financially im depending too much on husband, allowing that crutch - instead of pushing harder & taking steps in my self care business. Deefinitely not depending enough in people around me in fact pushing them away because i believe whole heartedly (thats what ive been told to do) thats what im supposed to be doing. Both my parents have been passed for 14&26 yrs… Slowly my sisters have pulled away and as i see clearly they never wantd me. Used me, manipulated me. Yes but to achieve that suitable balance one must need a way of measure to have a scale in which to better get that balance needed for proper conditions for the best care and growth .it's hard to blindly gage the right balance of what's needed of you don't know what part of the ingredients needed are.
