A new Moon isn't even a sprout if you take my farmer metaphor to heart. The first visible crescent is as the first sprout above ground, with most plants it's the very glyph of Aries. Feed the roots, protect the sprout and this Moon can bloom into the new thing of which you speak. The fireplace of Sagittarius entirely answers to Earth and Water signs so there's a good structure to hold the Loki in the locale where fire warms and does no harm. I am Cancer rising so this chart is aligned with me 100% I also have Mars at 9 degrees Scorpio 5th house, Moon in Sag at 28 deg,, NN in Aries and Sun in Cap.
