Oh this resonates for sure, I’m blacklisted in my industry because of a few bad apples and I’m actually ok with it, I’m up to something new that is hart centered work. It is karma, I walk with angles and was not deserving of the poor treatment, blame and gossip. They were haters and will get what is owed to them. Me too, a Gemini, married 33 years when he discarded me. That was 2018, still divorcing him, just passed our 38th wedding anniversary. He is such a narcissist, and I was trauma bonded so much to him. Lost myself, isolated me to the point I gave up leaving the house. I was so sad and lonely, but I was still trying to please him. Thank God for counseling, I healed myself, and I'm still working on being better every day. I've been celebit all these years. My dad died in 2021, and I moved into his home 2 hours away. Took my 18 yr old son with me. We have three amazing, grown children. Honestly, now him discarding me has been a blessing. Although the smear campaign was brutal, used to be on good terms with my neighbor. Unfortunately whatever he told him must of been brutal, he stopped even saying hello. Oh well... not my problem

I read a book called coparenting with a narcissist and it confirms everything for me and allowed me to be able to separate what I thought I did, from the reality of him just being who he is. There is no arguing, negotiating, explaining, or reasoning with a narcissist they are either the hero or the victim and there’s nothing they enjoy more than stripping you of your sanity please stay strong and be proud of yourself for surviving, after all those years

This definitely happened to me at my previous place of employment and I was fired. My old boss didn’t like that I started dating (we had a sexual relationship in the past before I came to this job, I wanted more in the past, but he wanted to be a player and I found out he was/has had sex with a lotttttt of women at the job. He didn’t that most of my coworkers, and other people at the job, liked me and said good things about me and it was getting to the “higher ups”. He slandered my name somehow. The kicker is idk why I was fired, I realized that I was fired when I couldn’t log on to my job’s portal, while on leave, and my email was no longer working. So, I just moved on and started my own Seasoning and Spice business (coming soon) and started making content online.
