Thank you for this message, my job has taken over my mental health for the last 2 months. Everything you are saying is how I feel, I tried really hard to make this job work I really tryed my best with the tools and resources I had. The environment depleted me everyday but do to my stability I really needed this job but yesterday I got wrote up which I feel was not right my management team has failed to give me with proper tools to do my job and I’ve been so critical on myself that I have never in my career have gotten wrote up with that I am looking for another job but rn I am working till they let me go or till I find something new.
