I congratulate you for the work done so far. Regarding the dedications of Sagreras to each of the guitarists to whom he subtitles his works, they are biographically detailed and described in the book "dictionary of guitarists" by Domingo Prat, difficult to obtain on paper, but available virtually online. another thing, will you upload tutorials to play these studies? (just as he did with Carcassi; Giuliani; Sor; Regondi) since I would like to venture into the works of my compatriot Julio Sagreras. Congratulations again, and a big greeting from Argentina

This is a fantastic effort David - such an achievement and a wonderful resource for guitarists to use as a reference. I bought the books some months ago now (after you had just completed Book 1) and this week I have actually got off my butt (stopped noddling) and got them out to start work on Book 1. My goal is to work through each book methodically. After hearing you perform each book I have to say there are many pieces that stand up to being played as performance pieces in their own right imho.

Thanks so much for this. I am currently working on the last 10 (not all at once!) in book 6, and posting them once I get up to tempo. Really nice to finally be able to find such a terrific reference before I attempt the next study.

@@davidjaggs play, well this one is actual pieces. (Not just little phrases of partial scales) I’m watching it nite. I have a bunch of erodes by Sagreras, I just don’t really know what they are became I threw away any title pages I had gotten off of Delcamp. I thought I had about twenty Maximo Pujol rides with them, but couldn’t find them. That’s bugging me right now. lol smh
