People are mad that Sheegwa doesn't have markings...but I think it's just because she's still a kitten. Siamese cats start out white and eventually get markings as they grow

The music is tragically underrated especially for a children's cartoon series. That song the people are singing has a full live choir and symphonic Chinese instruments and a score that could be in a feature film. I wish there was a track without the dialogue available.

I have vivid memories being like 7 or so years old, my mom picking me up from school after extracurricular activities (sports or music lessons?), going back briefly to her work so she could stay a little later to finish up stuff, sitting on her works' couch, eating a TV dinner, and watching this. I actually once made a bad mistake cutting my sister's hair but it grew into a bob cut so I have a bob cut too. All my cousins have had one, and my friends. So thank you, Sagwa. You really had my back. When I grow up, I will be a crazy cat lady married with kids, but I will name 3 of them Sagwa, Sheegwa and Dongwa. I miss that show, and I am outgrowing my hair now, but later I will donate some of it to Wigs for Kids. Then we will all get bobbed wigs and wear them every February. That is the month I cut graces hair, my bday and the month I will donate my hair.
