मूंग दाल का हलवा सबको बहुत पसंद होता है पर उसे बनाना थोड़ा मेहनत का काम होता है, मैंने इस वीडियो में सही माप और कितनी देर पकाना है किस आंच पर सब बताया है ...आप इस रेसिपी को एक बार बनाइये ये हलवा आपको बहुत पसंद आएगा :)
Preparation time - 45 to 50 minutes
Serving - 4
Ingredients :
Split Green gram (moong dal ) - 1 cup (soak it for 4 hours)
Ghee -3/4 cup to 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Milk - 2.25 cups
Cashews - 10 to 12
Almonds - 10 to 12
Saffron(kesar)- 2 pinch
Cardamom powder -1/4 tsp
