উপকরণঃ
হাড়ছাড়া মুরগির বুকের মাংস - ৫০০ গ্রাম
টকদই - ৩ টেবিল চামচ
আদা-রসুন বাটা - ১ টেবিল চামচ
লবন - ৩/৪ চা চামচ
মরিচ গুঁড়া - ১ চা চামচ
হলুদ গুঁড়া - ১/২ চা চামচ
গরম মশলা গুঁড়া - ১/৪ চা চামচ
পেঁয়াজ মোটা করে কাটা - ১/৩ কাপ
ক্যাপসিকাম ও পেঁয়াজকলি মিলিয়ে - ১/৩ কাপ
খামিরের জন্য :
ময়দা - ২ কাপ
লবন - ১/২ চামচ থেকে সামান্য বেশি
তেল/ঘি - দেড় টেবিল চামচ
পানি - ১/২ কাপ + ১.৫ টেবিল চামচ
ভাজার জন্য তেল।
