सहजन का सूप-
सहजन - 10-12
लहसुन की कलियाँ - 3-4
हरी मिर्च - 1
अदरख - 1 Inch
नमक - स्वादानुसार
हल्दी पाउडर - ¼ Tsp
जीरा - ½ Tsp
देशी घी - 1 Tsp
धनिया की पत्तियाँ डंठल के साथ - 1 मुट्ठी
सूखा करी पत्ता - 1 मुट्ठी
काली मिर्च पाउडर - ¼ Tsp
निम्बू - ½ टुकड़ा
Drumsticks - 10-12
Garlic cloves - 3-4
Green Chilli - 1
Ginger - 1 Inch
Salt - According to taste
Turmeric powder - ¼ Tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ Tsp
Desi ghee - 1 Tsp
Coriander leaves with stem - 1 handful
Dry Curry leaves - 1 handful
Black pepper powder - ¼ Tsp
